Can the size of the Choppiness Index indicator be reduced with the new PCF language?

Yes, it can be shortened to the following in TC2000 v17.

100 * LOG(SUM(ATR, 14)/(GREATEST(MAXH14, C14) - LEAST(MINL14, C14))) / LOG(14)
