I would like to know when we're going to get level 2  FOR tc2000 I think that would make us more competitive

There are no current plans to add Level 2 data.

Level II is no longer a usefull trading tool. Volume doesn't have much either. Old trading books and stratagies lead to trading losses. derivatives and HFT distort it.
