How do you use the elliot wave indicator to count waves?

I know how it is calculated, but I have no idea how you would use it to count waves.

I just came across this message and am surprized to hear there is an Eliot Wave indicator in TC2000 v7. Where is it hiding? I know you can plot fibronacci retracements, and those are often used with Eliot Waves, but is there an actual indicator that shows/plots the Eliot waves?

The Elliot Wave Oscillator is available in TC2000 v12/v16, but not in TC2000 v7. I just answered the question in the v7 forum because that is where it was asked.
