Is there a way to write a formula to find the maximum high of a series of days? it would look something like: Max (H2,H3....Hn). A search of all the tc functions and formula offers nothing I could find that satisfies the question.

Will this work for you?  MaxH15.35     which is the max high over 15 days 35 days ago or any numbers you might want to substitute.

No this doesn't work since it includes today. I want an arbitrary sequence of days, for example:

H3,H4,H5....Hn

Yes, brucecj's suggestion does in fact work. Lets say you wanted the highest high for the bars H3, H4, H5, H6, H7, H8, H9 and H10. The number of bars in this sequence is 8 and the number of bars ago of the most recent bar is 3. This means the formula would be:

MAXH8.3
