While evaluating TC2000 I viewed some of the webinars and have a Gold version installed. Some of the system indicators and conditions shown in hte webinar using Platinum addition are missing in the Gold version. Is there a difference?

There are significant differences between Gold and Platinum data service, but I cannot think of any indicators which would be in TC2000 Platinum which are not also in TC2000 Gold.

The biggest difference is Platinum data uses the consolidated tape for its streaming real time data while Gold data only uses the BATS exchange for its streaming real time data with the consolidated tape being 15-minute delayed. You can scan using intraday data in Platinum but not in Gold. You can also plot pre and post market data in Platinum, but not in Gold.

Is this still true?  It seems that both have the same real-time data option, but Platinum allows auto sorting and scanning.  A little confused.  Thanks for any help.

That was true when Bruce posted back in 2013. We now offer real-time data on U.S. stocks for $14.99, U.S. indexes for $9.99 and options data for $9.99 to Gold subscribers as well.

If you click the My Services tab in the upper right corner of the program you can turn the real-time feeds on from there.

Does the real-time option, in Gold, also allow you to plot pre-market data?

Hello - on a semi-related note - does the Gold version with the real-time data feed add-on now support "auto refresh" of scans and other real-time lists?

Auto-Refresh Streaming Scan Results, Auto-Refresh Sorting and Unlimited Indicator & Trendline Alerts are all Platinum only features even if you have full streaming add-on feeds with your Gold service.
