It looks like the S&P 500 is forming a descending triangle, the lows are holding, but we have lower highs, does anybody think the market is break support again in a few days?

I find that after someone makes a few great calls, all the sudden everyone is paying attention, that next big call is often wrong.

I learned this one the hard way :)

Good point, however call so far only to go cash from the long calls last year. couple conditions have to fall through in order to go short. we'll see.

you still using all the demark indicators you programmed in?  Having much success with them?  Demark started charging for their indicators on the bloomberg terminal so I said goodbye to them.  I wasn't really utilizing them.  I get a lot of mileage out of a couple custom indicators in telechart that are pretty darn good at reversals and also often coincide with the demark sequential

Yes I do, but as you know, they can't be discussed or mentioned here on these forums. I'd be interested to see what you're using on TC. I daytrade weekly options, so speed is important to me. thats one thing (among others) TC has going for it. If you want to take it of the forum, then you can reach me on TCNet's chat room tomorrow.  thx.

I use signaltaps red & green spikes formulas...

green buy spike: L < ((3.05 * MINL15.7) - MAXH7.3) / 2 AND STOC12.5 < 10 AND L < L1

red sell spike: H > ((2.95 * MAXH15.7) - MINL7.3) / 2 AND H > H1 AND STOC12.5 > 90 AND TSV3 < TSV8

check those out...

thx Ben,  I haven't used TC very much, so excuse my ignorance. Can you plot this as an indicator? I've been able to get it as a condition in a column in my watchlist.  Although when i compare to other conditions, the minimum refresh rate is 5min, while other conditions give me an option for "realtime".

I did program the formula into SF and indeed the results look pretty good.  Just trying to find a way to use TC next to SF, since I have it, but don't use it.

pthegreat, like dice said it's a %true indicator.  Plot it in one of your lower panes.
