You could try using the following built in System Criteria as an EasyScan Condition with the Rangefinder set to Value: (just above zero) to Max.

Relative Strength 1-Yr (vs SP-500) - The relative change in price of a stock over the past year compared to the change in the SP-500 over the same time. The calculation is : (Latest Close Price of Stock / Latest Close Price of SP-500) / (Close Price of Stock 1 year ago / Close Price of SP-500 1 year ago) * 100.

Definitions of all built in scanning and sorting criteria
Using EasyScan to find stocks that meet your own criteria

Thanks again Bruce.  Gonna tweek this a little and see how well it fairs for a while.  Just one question (may not be the right place to ask however) Would SF be a more practical way to arrive at the results, with the overlaying of charts..jus wondering  Thanks again sir

I don't know if it would be easier or not, but using a Relative Strength vs Symbol with a Rate of Change (Percent) Indicator applied to it as a Child Indicator in StockFinder would probably be more flexible.
