Hello guys,
Can you guys help me to create a scan(formula)to show stocks that have made all-time high? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Because most stocks have a different number of trading days in their total history, this is not possible in the PCF language. In the PCF language we must define a period of time to look back through.
Visual sorting gives us an alternative.
Build the following EasyScan for me:
WatchList (ALL STOCKS) Price Per Share (limit based on your trading) Volume 90-day (limit based on your trading)
This will give you a list of stocks that meet your basic price and volume requirements. Now zoom your chart out as far as it will go (use the magnify glass) and then change the time frame (left of the plus mag glass) to a 9-day chart. This will show you all of the history for the vast majority of stocks in your list.
Now right click on the words PRICE CHART in the upper left corner of the top window. Choose SORT BY and SORT by the visual value.
This will rank the stocks in your list by how close they are to their all-time highs.
