As we all know, periodcally investors rotate their cash, which is invested in one or more industry sectors, into one or more other industry sectors.

How would I set up a scan to capture this information?

As we all know, invested money tends to rotate out of the stocks in one or more industries only to be reinvested into stocks in one or more other industries.

How can I scan for these money flows by industry. Needless to say I will need to be able to rank the industries based upon the flow of invested money.

Your assistance on this would be greatly appreciated.
