It'd be nice to have some detailed explanation of this sometime. Is it just not practical? Is it the wrong OS for such number-intensive work? Is it cost prohibitive for Worden? What? I love Worden customer service, and there's no doubt that the product is superior to anything out there, but this thing pretending Apple isn't a major OS alternative customers would find useful is a bit absurd.

There are no suggestions or anything, just "we don't do that." I can understand not supporting Apple, but I can't understand not even making an attempt to look into what might be done to accommodate Apple users, other than some cold response that looks like something a lawyer wrote. Maybe at least a special section here Apple users can discuss options? What works, what doesn't?

Absolutely. TC2007 is the only software keeping me from being a 100% Mac user. I've been using Apple hardware/software for my video production company for about 5 years. Over this last year I have seen the huge jump Apple is making from being specifically for industry professionals (in my case Video/Film Production) to the mainstream computer user. Hopefully as the popularity of Apple continues to grow Worden can take another look at the Apple platform.

Just my two cents. TC2007 is such a great tool. Thanks for creating such a great product.

I'm curious if any users are running TC2007 in a windows emulator on an Apple PC? I'd really like to go with a decent OS - but TC2007 is THE critical software I use and I have to be able to run it simutaneously with my desktop "stuff". I don't think a dual boot would work for me - would have to be an emulator and would have to be able to screen capture into my notebooks etc on the fly.

I hate to spend the $$ to buy a machine unless I am confident I can make it work in my trading "workflow" - any input would be appreciated.

thanks

I have been using TC2007 on my Macbook Pro using Parallels for my emulator. It works great. However I have problems using the F12 key because that key also doubles as the key that brings up your "widgets" (little utilities for OSX) so I have to use a PC for F12. Other than that no problems that I have found. Hope this helps.
