Hello, I am having performance problems with TC2000 v7 and would like to do a COMPLETE uninstall of the program so that I can then reinstall it.
Here's a little background on the problem and what I have tried so far.
The problem is in TC2000 v7 when I click the watchlist button to show the drop-down list of available watchlists the program hangs/stalls for about 8 seconds or more and I get the Windows message that the program is "not responding". The program eventually responds but it's quite a pain and I would like to find a solution.
I installed a clean version of TC2000 v7 on my laptop and the same problem does not happen so it seems clear that the problem is related to my desktop system.
Back on the desktop system I uninstalled TC2000 using the "TC-Remover" utility and then reinstalled the software using a fresh download from the worden.com website. Unfortunately that did not solve the problem. The problem happens even with just the default TC2000 watchlists and settings (that is, before I restored my settings using TC-Remover). I also noticed that when I reinstalled the software it automatically knew my user name etc. so there must have been some amount of configuration information left behind after the uninstall (probably in the registry but I am not certain).
So my objective at this point is to find a way to fully uninstall the program with no leftover configuration of registry information so that I can do a clean install like I did on my laptop.
Do you have any advice on how I might remove the software and all associated registry and other configuration information so that my system is "like new" as far as TC2000 is concerned?

I am getting the error:
The given key was not present in the dictionary.
Service: WLC
Error number: 504457
Any ideas on what the problem is and how I can resolve it?

Is it possible to sort a watch list based on data from the past?
I am wanting to do some backtesting, so for example I would like to sort (or flag) a watch list for an event that happened in the past, such as a MACD crossover that happened in the second week of January (for example).
Is that possible in either version of TC2000 (v7 or v12.3)?

Hello,
Is it possible to link multiple charts to the same date range?
I understand how symbol and timeframe linking works... I wonder if there is something similar for date range linking?
For example, I would like to be able to review a chart for a date range in the past (e.g. 2011), and then switch to another chart (presumably showing a different set of indicators etc.) and have that chart show the same date range.
As an alternative, it would be nice if when I set the date range and then switch away from a chart (to a different chart) and then return to that original chart that the date range would remain where I had it set. For example, if I am studying what happened in 2011, I would like to be able to switch to various charts without the date being automatically returned to the current date with each chart switch.
Are either of these two scenarios possible in TC2000 12.3? (TC2000 v7 works as I would like -- it does not change the date range when I switch charts).
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Hello,
I am wondering how to create a scan condition that scans the last n bars. For example, search for the 50 bar MA crossing up through the 100 day MA anytime in the last 5 bars.
Is it possible to do that with the new scan features of v12.3 or do I need to resort to using a PCF?
Thanks in advance.
