Topic: Vertical scale for windows using PCF's
Posted: Wednesday, October 5, 2005 1:15:51 PM
Am writing PCF's for custom mutiple stochastics. It appears that the vertical scale is different for each PCF, thus not permitting accurate cross overs to be determined. Is there any way to force a fixed scale when using PCF's. For example if I use the built-in stochastics in TC2005, the scale always goes from 0 to 100. I would like to have this to be the case for the PCF's also. Another related question is how to force fixed horizontal lines, for example at 20 and 80 for the display of the custom stochastic PCF's. Thanks.

Bruce,

That's a great suggestion. I'm still getting comfortable with all this and appreciate your suggestion.

Doug, sorry for not making my question more specific. The "trigger" lines I was referring to is the moving average of the MACD and the SD line in Stochastics.

Is there a way on both of the indicators to make the "trigger" line to be dashed or dotted. That way the MACD/Stochastic and the trigger line could be the same color and it would be easy to distinguish which was which?

Doug, thanks for the followup. Have been using Advanced Get but was hoping this capability might also be in TC 2000. Just trying to simplify things.

Am new to TC 2000 but have been using elliott waves in other programs.
Has anyone programmed in through PCF's the identification of elliott waves or are there any addins to TC 2000 that makes use of the waves?
