How would I set up a scan that would alow me to search for all stocks at say 15% ( or more/less) below their 52 week high or even a longer duration

I tried that in the beta version but is there a way to fix the PE to a static number and not a dynamic one? I want to be able to see the price evolve against a constant fixed PE (of 15)

I'm looking for a way to plot PE ratio as an indicator alongside price history to show say PE15 my goal is to look for deviation watching both lines on a chart

I've added a number of PCF's from various discussions and like a kid in a candy store I'm out of control how do I delete the ones I no longer use from the conditions file?
