On October 14/05 a report named'Sir Golden Rings on BOP' was published and listed an interesting PCF.Although I have tried several times I can not get it working. I typed the complete pcf and tried it on 'all stocks' but it does not calculate. I would be most grateful if you could put together a video of this. Many thanks.

Here is the PCF

BOP20 >= BOP60 AND BOP60 >= 50 AND (BOP20 >= 75 OR BOP20 >= BOP20.1) AND (BOP60 >= BOP60.1 OR BOP60 >= 75)

I tested it and it is valid. You are likely mistyping something. You can always copy and paste...

Left-click and drag highlighting the PCF (here or in the WR)
Hold down the CTRL and C keys (this copies the highlighted text)
Click on the NEW button and select PERSONAL CRITERIA FORMULA
Click in the FORMULA window
Hold down CTRL and V to paste the formula in there.

I looked through the stocks it found... here are some PCFs for BOP that I like to SORT WatchLists by...

I thought you might have fun with them. Sort WatchLists by them in ascending and descending order. Each is its own PCF....

BOP last 10 days
BOP10

BOP 20-day change
BOP10-BOP10.10

BOP 10-day change
BOP5-BOP5.5

BOP 20-day Divergence (sort in descending order for divergences, ascending for confirmation). This makes a neat plotted indicator with the ZERO line option checked. Note that a large positive number can mean a positive OR negative divergence.
((AVGC10-AVGC10.10)/AVGC10.10*100)*BOP20*(-1)

I too am a bit confused by Sir Golden Ring's method. Their were three PCFs listed (BOP20, BOP60 & BOP PCF Scan). The BOP PCF Scan was used in creating the Easy Scan but no mention of how BOP20 or BOP60 PCFs were used.

Can you enlighten me on how the BOP20 and BOP60 PCFs are used in Sir Golden Ring's method?

S2,
I would sort by them, but only Sir Golden Ring can say for sure how he intended them to be used. We do not give out anyone’s email address or other personal information, but you may send an email to support@worden.com to Sir Golden Ring's attention and we will forward it. He may or may not choose to respond either directly or in the forums.

The false only means the PCF does not return TRUE for the stock you tested it on. If you tested it on a stock that met the conditions it would return a TRUE.

The PCF is fine.
