I have a value column(e.g. H - C daily) added to some watchlists and scans. I have noticed when sorting by that column, many times the results-even when refreshed- are not correct. 

why is that and are values collected at pre-set time intervals?

Try editing the WatchList Column and setting the Refresh Rate as short as possible. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact technical support.
