ACRG.U went public in Canada yesterday but it still doesn't come up in TC.

Oh is that different than the Canadian Common Stocks we have in TC

Yes, it is different. The Canadian stocks we carry are all on the Canadian Stock Exchange (ending .TO) or the TSX Venture Exchange (ending .V).
