I use this pcf : (avgc10<avgc20) and (avgc10.1>avgc20.1)
which means the avgc10 cross avgc20 today, but most results give me the totally wrong information,
even in the results I can find many stocks's avgc10 always greater/bigger than avgc20 in whole month.

Can you tell me why? Thanks.

The Personal Criteria Formula is written using Simple Moving Averages. There are several possibilities, but my first thought is the chart probably has Exponential Moving Averages. Try the following PCF instead:

XAVGC10<XAVGC20 AND XAVGC10.1>XAVGC20.1

If you are, in fact, using simple averages on your chart could you provide some example tickers that are showing up (and shouldn't) so we can try and figure out the issue?

Also, make sure your chart isn't scrolled back to a past date. That's probably not it, but it would certainly make the chart results look wrong to you for your moving average crosses.
