Can you please tell me how to write scan to search for stocks closing at a new ALL-TIME (not simply a 52 week high) Thanks!

I am happy to read you were able to figure it out on your own.
I generally click on price on a daily chart and select Create Scan Condition to create say a 367 day new high (if I want it to work for Forex as well). Then I do the same for a yearly time frame but keep it shorter at say 150 years.
Add both conditions to the same EasyScan.
