1. how can i add comition to my trades in ver17
2.as i know telechart is not dividend adjuted there is a way to adjust it

There isn't a way to automatically add commissions to paper trading.
There is no way to adjust for dividends for stocks which are not adjusted (there are rare cases of very large dividends which do in fact get adjusted).

TrueInRow(C < AVGC20, 10) = 10
