Was wandering if I can set up a scan for stocks hitting the lower pivot point on a daily. Thanks for any help

I am not quite sure what you mean. Are you asking about the pivot points indicator? Or maybe about pivot lows?

So something like the following (a low which is higher than both the two lows before and the two lows after it)?
MINL2 > L2 AND L2 < MINL2.3
It can't return true until 2 bars after the pivot low, because it hasn't met the definition until then.
