If you just want to sort a sector or an industry by price percent change, you can add Today's % as a WatchList Column and choose that sector or industry as the active WatchList.

If you want to have a percent change over an arbitrary period instead, add a Rate of Change Percent indicator to the chart and adjust its period as desired.

Then you can click on the indicator and select Copy to WatchList or Report in order to add it as a WatchList Column.

If you want to determine the best industry or sector first, you can choose the Industry Indexes WatchList or Sector Indexes WatchLists before choosing a specific industry or sector to use as the WatchList for your sort.
