Can I write a multicriteria scan and save it as a condition so I can use it as a column.
Example +DI > DI and ADX > 25 to show as a green dot in a column

You cannot base a WatchList Column on an EasyScan.
If you can create all of the conditions in a single Condition Formula you can use that Condition Formula to create a WatchList Column.
Unfortunately your example cannot be created as a Condition Formula.
