Is there any seminars in the North West, in 2105/2016 ?
Can anybody recommend a study guide for this app?

I'd suggest you start with the Tutorial videos
http://www.worden.com/Video/TC2000v12/Tutorial (Can be accessed from "Training" above and then the Webinar Archive which is organized around themes e. Finind Consolidations. They'll show how the different elements in the videos are used.
If there is something specific you end up looking for Searching this forum would be my next suggestion.

I'd start with the videos as well. The Support Article area is pretty good as well. The webinar archive is okay if you're interested in a particular topic but unfortunately there hasn't been a webinar since 2013 ... and the live events are history as well.
