The Fibonacci Retracement Levels topic has a video demonstrating a fairly basic technique for identifying retracement levels. The video uses TC2000 version 7, but the basic idea could be used in TC2000 version 12.4 as well. It might even be easier as the formulas listed in the topic under the video can be created more easily in TC2000 version 12.4 by adding a Williams %R to the chart with the period set to the number of bars of interest.

Something more complex which algorithmically determines the period over which visual highs and lows occurred is probably not possible in TC2000. Even very short periods require pretty long formulas.

It might be possible in StockFinder however. For example, pthegreat's harmonics topics explore using automatically generated fib levels.
