Please contact technical support.

Some pure speculation about alerts without trendlines. A Price Alert would create an alert without a trendline. Old trendlines might not be visible on the chart. It is also possible for a trendline to be moved or deleted after creating a trendline alert (this will not change the alert).

The drawing boards and scratch board in TC2000 version 12.4 make it possible for drawing tools to seem to disappear when added to one drawing board and then a different drawing board is selected. This would normally need to be an active decision on your part however.

You are right. It has to do with the boards. When I place trend line on board #1, it places that TL into every Board#1 in every stock. How do I get it to place it into board #1 on  only the active stocks.  I had 3000+ items in my board#1.

Add a Horizontal Trendline to the chart and then click on it to select Edit. Uncheck Apply To All Symbols and adjust the other settings as desired. Then select Set as Default.

The Apply to All Symbols option is not available for all of the drawing tools, only certain tools like the Horizontal Trendline.
