Hi
Is there a way to create a scan that will scan for stocks where the relative strength line is at highs before price ?

No. There is no way to include working conditions based on Relative Strength or any child indicators based on Relative Strength in EasyScans at all.

Is sorting and scanning on Relative Strength vs Symbol something that is on the list to develop in future TC2000 versions?

Just a quick note that Relative Strength vs Symbol can now be used in WatchList Columns and EasyScans.
