I understand that it is not possible to add earnings dates to a watchlist or scan. What I don't understand is why not? It is requested many times by users. What is the difficulty? It would be a terrific time saver and a great selling point to your product.. Please advise.

I agree.  I use a program called Trade Ideas - http://www.trade-ideas.com/ - which has an earnings date filter. And it links with TC2000 so that when I get an alert in Trade Ideas, I click on the symbol and it automatically connects to my TC2000 charts.

Thanks bbruin. I also use PowerOpt.com which runs a scan and eliminates any option play that includes an earning date. TC2000 has a great variety of scans but I always have to go back and forth in order to find and eliminate earnings dates that conflict with strategies.
