Moving Averages and Trendlines seem to move Rate this Topic:

I am not sure if others have this problem.

1. I see moving averages of past bars move. Say MA was not touching the bar now. after few bars plotted somehow that moving average does get touched by the bar. Not sure why the past MA gets adjusted after new bars are plotted. I am observing this consistently.
 
2. I have seen similar problems with trendlines moving. 
 
Has anyone encountered these issues?
 
How can this bug be fixed? Appreciate your help.
