Is there a user's manual on how to use true markers with candlesticks on charts?

The plot style being used for price shouldn't make any difference to the true markers. Are you noticing something specific related to candlesticks?
You should be able to just right-click on a condition on the chart and select Show True Markers. You can right-click on a condition on the chart and select Edit True Markers to adjust the settings of the true markers.

I have created a condition about true markers.
However I am not able to see the arrow with the "show true marker" command.
Am I doing something wrong?

Right-click on the condition on the chart and select Edit True Markers. Make sure the style is set to either UpArrow or DownArrow if you want to see an arrow.
If this does not correct the issue, please select Help | Send Layout so technical support can take a look. Please include a description of the issue you are experiencing when sending the Layout to technical support.
