How do I subtract and graphically display these results ?

Start by creating Conditions for New High and New Low. You can do this by right-clicking on Price History and selecting Create Scan Condition. You can then use the drop-down menu to choose New High or New Low and set the High Period or Low Period to the number of bars of interest.

You can then right-click on each of the conditions and select Create Market Indicator to count the number of stocks meeting the requirements in the specified WatchList on each bar for each of the conditions.

You can then drag and drop the Market Indicator based on the New High onto the Market Indicator based on the New Low and select Plot Comparison | Difference to create a plot of the difference between the values of the two Custom Market Indicators.

You can delete the conditions and indicators used to create the final plot from the chart once you have actually created the difference plot.
