Using momentum indicators like RSI, momentum, and rate of price change to help identify early moving up stocks.  What I'm missing is a way to see a Tight Squeeze on the Bollinger Band or good consolidation prior to the moving up smart taking place.  Is there a condition or formula that will allow me to identify the Bollinger Band Squeeze? Thanks...

Probably the easiest way to do this is to add a Bollinger Bandwidth indicator to the chart with the same settings as your Bollinger Band indicator.

Adding and Moving Indicators

You can then click on the Bollinger Bandwidth and select Create Scan Condition to check for Bollinger Bandwidth to be below some arbitrary value.

Create Conditions from Your Chart

A popular request from other customers for this is to have Simple Bollinger Bandwidth 20, 2.00 below 0.06, but they may or may not be the best settings for you.
