I have two custom indicators TEMA 5 & TEMA 34, and wanted to do a crossover scan, but can't from the dropdown menu "Create Scan Condition." Is there a custom way to do this?

I suspect the Custom PCF Indicators are just not in the same scale. They need to be in both the same pane and scale in order for the Create Scan Condition comparison options to appear.
Click on each of the indicators in turn and select the option to move the indicator. Take the indicator to its own pane. Then click on the indicator and again and select Move Pane. Choose Overlay in the pane where you want it plotted (I suspect you want to plot it in the Price History pane) and choose to overlay it with the other TEMA or Price History.
