Is there a way to have the components of an index (displayed in a watch list window) shown in another window below?   Just as I can easily do with "sub-industry" in the second window (with a stock watchlist in the first window).

Yes, but only if there is a component WatchList for that index or ETF linked to that symbol in the system. component WatchLists are not availabel for every index or ETF.

To set this up, let's use a symbol that does have a linked component WatchList. Select DJ-30 as the active symbol. There should be an icon that looks like three small triangles pointing to three lines to the right of the symbol name on the chart. Clicking on it should bring up a component WatchList for DJ-30.

You will want to check Linked. Now this WatchList will automatically change when a new symbol is selected that has the same symbol linking color that appears in the upper right-hand corner of the WatchList (an S with a little triangle pointing down).

Thanks, Bruce. Works like a charm .... after I spotted the faint white label on the box "linked."
