Is there a way in TC2000 Beta to "color" a histogram of a cumulative indicator, or any indicator for that matter, such that Up periods are Green and Down periods are Red?

No. You can have different colors for being above zero versus being below zero, but not for going up versus going down.

Depending on the indicator you may be able to plot a one period momentum as a histogram.
