Hi,

TC2000 had this possibility, cant remember the shortcut but you pressed a key and then you could measure the performance between two points. i dont mean the ruler, it was a seperate window.

is this possible in TC2000 12 also?

cant find it in the help file,

thanks

You can use the Custom Date Sort feature for this. Press shift-T on your keyboard and then click on the chart and drag your cursor from one end of the period of interest to the other. A window will pop up which will allow you to fine tune the date range further.

Intraday Custom Date Sorts are not supported. You can in fact use an intraday chart to set up a Custom Date Sort, but this will only select the start and end of the Custom Date Sort by date, not time. So if for example you tried setting up a Custom Date Sort and both the start and end were within the same trading day, the resulting percent changes would always be 0%.

No, the only float specific Morningstar Fundamental available in TC2000 is Latest Float.

Latest Float - Latest shares outstanding minus shares held by insiders.
