Is it possible to enter manual trades in to backscanner?

There really isn't a built in way to do this, but you may want to take a look at the Backtesting for list of stock symbols and date topic.

Well, from my side it is not possible to enter manual trades in to backscanne....

There is no built in way to do so, but it is possible to do so using the techniques given in the referenced topic. There are suggestions from jas0501 on how to optimize this process in the Programmatically select a set of tickers topic.
