This past Saturday I downloaded and installed TC2000 and I am trying to find out how to isolate the best performing stocks in best performing sub-industries of best industries.  A number of years ago, Julie taught this in a local class.  I discovered that you had a local (Dallas, TX) class in December so I am assuming that it will probably be at least next December before another one is scheduled here. I have not been able to locate any videos or webinars showing how to accomplish this.  Can someone point me in the right direction please.  Thank you.

Finding the best performing stocks in the best perfoming industry is relative simple. Choose a criteria to which you whish to ascribe performance such as price percent change, use it as a sort on the Morningstar Industry Group Averages WatchList and then select the top symbol in the list as the Active Symbol.

This should cause Industry Info For icon to appear to the right of that industry symbol on the chart. Click on it and choose Open Main Industry WatchList or Open Sub Industry WatchList (depending on which is of interest). Then sort that industry by the some performance criteria. The desired symbols should be at the top of the list (you may have to click the WatchList Column header to reverse the sort order).

If you want to identify the best performing stocks amongst the best performing industry groups (plural instead of singular), you may want to take a look at the Help to construct a screen please topic.
