What would be the best way....as it was back in the old StockFinder....you could create a scan and/or conditions and it would "paint" on the chart when they ocurred in the past? It allows you to see the reaction of the stock over some period of time when these conditions are met.

You cannot currently paint an indicator based on the results of a Condition in TC2000 version 12.2.
About the closest thing you can do is create a Condition Formula to represent your Condition and use it as the Boolean Formula in a Custom PCF % True Indicator. This will create spikes when the Boolean Formula is true. It may or may not be possible to do so depending on the Condition on the indicators upon which the Condition is based.
