I recently got a new computer and have been trying to load my Telechart TC 2000 V7. When I first download the software, everything looks good. However, once I do the update to bring the data up to the current date, most charts display with a large gap between 2005 and 2006. After 2006 the year skips to 2011. I have done several downloads and updates and this keeps happening. The other thing I've noticed is every time I do an update, I get the notice that Telechart must organize my files. On my old computer this only happened once in a while. I don't know if this is connected to the problem I am having. Before I do the first update after initally downloading the software, all years are present and the charts display as they should. I would appreciate any assistance anyone can offer.
