Unable to connect to tc2000 platform since 18March2012. Location : Portugal

Oh yeah! Without a doubt, and this is true, Russia and Portugal are a bit different country, almost the same as the size and magnitude  and are placed in one location.:))))))

    Шутники. Лучше бы программу сделали. А то написал в техподдержку, а там ни привета, ни ответа. :)

Eles bem anunciaram que queriam ir para " as nuvens" com a versão 12. Foi o que aconteceu :)

 

и они сказали, что хотят пойти в «облака» с версии 12. Это то, что произошло :)

Are you using the lastest version 12.1   I hear its not working, redownload a older version or use  one it the web brower

Thanks Michael, but none of the solutions worked and i'm still without conection to the platform.

An update is available for TC2000 version 12.1 which should allow it to start correctly for international users.

Thank you very much for the support.
But after going through three different people and do everything they said I did not getit to work.
Although thank you because you have been very attentive.

Right now the problem is already fixed to be online the new version 12.1.
Now I can enter correctly.

I apologize that there was an issue at all and that technical support was not able to get your program up and running before the update was released to version 12.1.

I want to thank you for reporting the issue and working with technical support. These reports and the information we were able to gather from users is what made it possible to fix the issue.

Thanks Bruce and all suport team for the quick response to the recent login difficulties.  As you have noticed the spanish collegue already made the "honors of the house" without invitation. In 2012 they remain a rude people.
