Hi a few days ago I have this problem.Activity in www.tc2000.com and stays connecting, do not pass that screen.No charge or logearme window.Since it is well before it appears.It crashes the browser, just stays connecting and nothing else.And and talked to the TC2000 and support but nothing followed suit.And not able to fix it.My computer is a MacBook 11 new, everything was fine but stopped working one day.Nor do I open TC2000 on another computer.Simply load it with the percent and reach 99% stays with the message Connecting To TC2000.Whether you enter from windows or from MAC.Not to do.------------------------------Hola hace unos días tengo este problema.Entro en www.tc2000.com y se queda conectando, no pasa de esa pantalla.No carga ni la ventana para logearme.Ya que se queda así antes de que aparezca.No se bloquea el navegador, solo se queda conectando y nada mas.Ya e hablado con el soporte técnico de TC2000 y seguido sus pasos pero nada.No e conseguido arreglarlo.Mi equipo es un MACBOOK 11 nuevo, todo iba bien pero un día dejo de funcionar.Tampoco me abre TC2000 en otro ordenador.Simplemente hace la carga con el tanto por ciento y al llegar a 99% se queda con el mensaje Connecting To TC2000.Da igual que entre desde windows o desde MAC. No se que hacer.

Buenos días, desde el Sábado 18-03 tengo el mismo problema. Inicio telechart 2000 y se queda en la ventana de conectando. Todo estaba bien. Estoy desconcertado. no se que esta pasando

I'm having the same problems from both France and Denmark (I've been travelling).

The same problem is in Russia, Moscow.

 It is not working.

 Inscription of 'Connecting To TC 2000' have here and nothing happens. :(

An update is available for TC2000 version 12.1 which should allow it to start correctly for international users.

Thank you very much for the support.
But after going through three different people and do everything they said I did not getit to work.
Although thank you because you have been very attentive.

Right now the problem is already fixed to be online the new version 12.1.
Now I can enter correctly.

I apologize that there was an issue at all and that technical support was not able to get your program up and running before the update was released to version 12.1.

Thanks Bruce and all suport team for the quick response to the recent login difficulties.  As you have noticed the spanish collegue already made the "honors of the house" without invitation. In 2012 they remain a rude people.
