I have been trying to do a TC2000 scan with a condition that uses the CCI pcf formula you posted in the past. On that indicator I add a linear regression for 5 periods. I have tried all of the conditions for the options provided by tc2000, but none that will provide a match for a upward moving lr 5. Is this possible?

I'm not sure what formula you are using, but it would probably be more efficient in TC2000 version 12 to just add a CCI indicator to the chart, a Linear Regression Line indicator to the CCI and then click on the Linear Regression Line and select Create Condition | Moving Up Net. Set the Period to 1 and the Net Change to 0.

How Can I easily change the period of your CCI Formula . For example from 20 to 5

I'm not sure I would call it easy, but the CCI INDICATOR explains how to construct formulas for CCI and excludes formulas for both CCI5 and CCI20.

That said, in TC2000 version 12.2, you can just add the CCI indicator to the chart and click on it to Create Scan Condition or Show Values in WatchList.
