Hi, I would appreciate some help with a PCF that finds stock that today make a new high, and did not make a new 250 day high in the previous 6 months. So, none of the previous 120 trading days have triggered the H > MAXH251.1. Can that be done?

It can be done, but the Condition Formula to do so is huge:

H > MAXH251.1 AND H1 <= MAXH251.2 AND H2 <= MAXH251.3 AND H3 <= MAXH251.4 AND H4 <= MAXH251.5 AND H5 <= MAXH251.6 AND H6 <= MAXH251.7 AND H7 <= MAXH251.8 AND H8 <= MAXH251.9 AND H9 <= MAXH251.10 AND H10 <= MAXH251.11 AND H11 <= MAXH251.12 AND H12 <= MAXH251.13 AND H13 <= MAXH251.14 AND H14 <= MAXH251.15 AND H15 <= MAXH251.16 AND H16 <= MAXH251.17 AND H17 <= MAXH251.18 AND H18 <= MAXH251.19 AND H19 <= MAXH251.20 AND H20 <= MAXH251.21 AND H21 <= MAXH251.22 AND H22 <= MAXH251.23 AND H23 <= MAXH251.24 AND H24 <= MAXH251.25 AND H25 <= MAXH251.26 AND H26 <= MAXH251.27 AND H27 <= MAXH251.28 AND H28 <= MAXH251.29 AND H29 <= MAXH251.30 AND H30 <= MAXH251.31 AND H31 <= MAXH251.32 AND H32 <= MAXH251.33 AND H33 <= MAXH251.34 AND H34 <= MAXH251.35 AND H35 <= MAXH251.36 AND H36 <= MAXH251.37 AND H37 <= MAXH251.38 AND H38 <= MAXH251.39 AND H39 <= MAXH251.40 AND H40 <= MAXH251.41 AND H41 <= MAXH251.42 AND H42 <= MAXH251.43 AND H43 <= MAXH251.44 AND H44 <= MAXH251.45 AND H45 <= MAXH251.46 AND H46 <= MAXH251.47 AND H47 <= MAXH251.48 AND H48 <= MAXH251.49 AND H49 <= MAXH251.50 AND H50 <= MAXH251.51 AND H51 <= MAXH251.52 AND H52 <= MAXH251.53 AND H53 <= MAXH251.54 AND H54 <= MAXH251.55 AND H55 <= MAXH251.56 AND H56 <= MAXH251.57 AND H57 <= MAXH251.58 AND H58 <= MAXH251.59 AND H59 <= MAXH251.60 AND H60 <= MAXH251.61 AND H61 <= MAXH251.62 AND H62 <= MAXH251.63 AND H63 <= MAXH251.64 AND H64 <= MAXH251.65 AND H65 <= MAXH251.66 AND H66 <= MAXH251.67 AND H67 <= MAXH251.68 AND H68 <= MAXH251.69 AND H69 <= MAXH251.70 AND H70 <= MAXH251.71 AND H71 <= MAXH251.72 AND H72 <= MAXH251.73 AND H73 <= MAXH251.74 AND H74 <= MAXH251.75 AND H75 <= MAXH251.76 AND H76 <= MAXH251.77 AND H77 <= MAXH251.78 AND H78 <= MAXH251.79 AND H79 <= MAXH251.80 AND H80 <= MAXH251.81 AND H81 <= MAXH251.82 AND H82 <= MAXH251.83 AND H83 <= MAXH251.84 AND H84 <= MAXH251.85 AND H85 <= MAXH251.86 AND H86 <= MAXH251.87 AND H87 <= MAXH251.88 AND H88 <= MAXH251.89 AND H89 <= MAXH251.90 AND H90 <= MAXH251.91 AND H91 <= MAXH251.92 AND H92 <= MAXH251.93 AND H93 <= MAXH251.94 AND H94 <= MAXH251.95 AND H95 <= MAXH251.96 AND H96 <= MAXH251.97 AND H97 <= MAXH251.98 AND H98 <= MAXH251.99 AND H99 <= MAXH251.100 AND H100 <= MAXH251.101 AND H101 <= MAXH251.102 AND H102 <= MAXH251.103 AND H103 <= MAXH251.104 AND H104 <= MAXH251.105 AND H105 <= MAXH251.106 AND H106 <= MAXH251.107 AND H107 <= MAXH251.108 AND H108 <= MAXH251.109 AND H109 <= MAXH251.110 AND H110 <= MAXH251.111 AND H111 <= MAXH251.112 AND H112 <= MAXH251.113 AND H113 <= MAXH251.114 AND H114 <= MAXH251.115 AND H115 <= MAXH251.116 AND H116 <= MAXH251.117 AND H117 <= MAXH251.118 AND H118 <= MAXH251.119 AND H119 <= MAXH251.120 AND H120 <= MAXH251.121

Hang on. Why can't you use H > MAXH251.1 And MAXH120.1 < MAXH251.1

Forgot a minor detail. This would be more accurate: H > MAXH251.1 And MAXH120.1 <= MAXH251.1

You can't just check at the beginning and end of the period. This is mostly because old highs are constantly dropping out of MAXH252.

Currently the US Common Stocks WatchLists returns true for 249 symbols using your formula, but only 17 symbols using the original formula.

Of the symbols returning true for your formula that don't return true for the original formula, there are symbols with as many as 22 New Highs during the intervening interval.
