In cannot see it in the Persona; Addwatchlist.
Its nowhere to be found .

 It TC2000 version 12, you can select the WatchList drop-down menu in the WatchList display where you normally choose the Active WatchList and choose Create New Personal WatchList. You can also select the WatchLists box along the left hand side and choose Create New Personal WatchList. In both cases, this selection is located in the Quick Lists section.

In TeleChart 2007, you can add a WatchList by selecting the New Icon along the top of the program and choosing New WatchList from the menu.
