Can a pcf be written that identifies stock prices that diverge from Moneystream on an intraday basis?

That would depend on your particular unambiguous objective definition of "diverge from Moneystream on an intraday basis" and on if you are using TC2000 version 12 or TeleChart 2007 (as Personal Criteria Formulas are Daily only in TeleChart 2007).
Is a divergence just when the Linear Regression Slope and/or Net Change of Price and MoneyStream are going in opposite directions over some period of time? If so, do you want to check for LR Slope, Net Change or both and over what period?

I am using TeleChart 2000 so my time frame would be daily and I only care about Net Change and Moneystream going in opposite directions.

Seanyboy,
If you add a Price History plot to your chart as well as a MoneyStream plot, you can click each and select Create Condition. Set the parameters of the Price condition to Moving Up and the parameters of the MoneyStream condition to Moving Down (or the opposite depending on which direction of divergence you're looking for at the time.) You're able to apply each condition to a WatchList. The result will be a list of only the stocks that are experiencing the type of divergence described.
Best,
Julia
