Right click on the RSI indicator on your chart.
Click on "Create Condition."
Change the "greater than" value to 60.
Name the condition if you want to; it's optional.
Save the condition if you want to.
Click on "Scan/Sort."

Unlike the standard RSI indicator, there is no built in PCF function for Wilder's RSI, so the whole equation for calculating the value has to be written out using specific WRSI parameters.
To do so, you need to specify the parameters of the specific Wilder's RSI you want to re-create. These are:
- RSI Period: ?
- Use Wilders Smoothing: Checked or Unchecked?
- Avg Period: ?
- Average Type: Simple or Exponential?
