Hi, This seems like a pretty basic question, but I can't figure out how to select data in the past. The chart can only be scrolled back so far, according to what's shown in the window. For example, if I'm on a 5-min chart, I'd like to scroll back more than 6 days, but that's all that's shown on the timeline. I can't use the scroll wheel or the pointer to drag back earlier. I looked for options to select the dates manually (right clicking, for example), but haven't seen anything. How can I do this? Thanks for your help.

SF can only store a maximum number of Bars of data. The limit is 5000, but it can be adjusted for both daily and intraday maxima. Just click on the Settings / Data Manager pulldowns and adjust away. Clearly 60 minutes per hour x 6.5 hours a day x 6 days indicates your setting for intraday must be about 2000 bars. So you can up the setting to get about 2.5 times as much time.
Depending on what you need, you can set the two settings differently according to your proclivities.
(Remember, the more bars you have, the slower things will plot, although using a setting in each layout can also tell the system not to use all of the bars. Naturaylly, all of this data can take up a lot of disk storage, too.)

You're right... that affects it. I selected the max, and can go back about 3 months with 5 min data. That's very helpful. Thank you.
