I don't know of a way to do so.

The only thing I can think of to simulate this would be to add a Block Diagram based Channel Plot to the Chart. You could have the Channel Top be 2 and the Channel Bottom be 0. While it would be an Indicator, you could uncheck Contributes To Scaling and set the Fill Opacity to an arbitrarily low value so it doesn't interfere with your other Indicators.

Bruce

I am in V4 and I started a Block diagram based channel. What's the name of the block that I can pick a value and run it to channel top and bottom?

When I search for a value it doesn't just give me a block that I can input a value?

I have the Bar Chart Price History connected to Output Constant Single set to 2 and that is connected to Channel Top and then again Bar Chart Price History to Output Constant Single set to 0 connected to Channel Bottom.

This works fine and shades the value between 0 to 2 when it is in its own pane but when I copy and paste it into the price pane scale it with price and uncheck contribute to scaling in shades values above 2. Strange

I even created a RC indicator Plot = 0 with plot style as a shade values under 2 and it works fine when its in its own pane but in the price pane it shades nothing.

You should be able to Open an attached Chart directly into a running copy of StockFinder 5 (and save it from within StockFinder 5 if desired). You could also copy and paste the Chart into the \My Documents\StockFinder5\(Your Username)\My Charts\ folder and then load it like you would any other Chart.
