Still waiting for an update to TC2000 for Mutual Funds! Running v4.6 right now. It would be great if you could upgrade it to at least v5.3!
Right now I have a question about the v4.6 Relative Strength indicator – it appears I can only compare RS against another fund, rather than against itself over a specific period like in Telechart 2005. Is that true?
Also, is there a tutorial or manual or resource online to find out the “hidden” features of TC2000 Mutual Funds? The software is great, but if I don’t know how to configure it to do what I want, it’s of limited value.

Thanks,

RS in the stock version of TeleChart compares the active ticker to another ticker. Are you thinking of the Wilder's RSI?

Ehhh...yes, actually I have been using Wilder's RSI in TC2005 all along and didn't realize it, and I see that's also available in the MF program as well! Is the Relative Strength indicator typically used to compare a Fund against an index such as the DOW, S&P500, etc? Just curious how other investors use that indicator.

Thanks for your reply!

Yes. Relative Strength requires that you specify a benchmark ticker for comparison (ie. SP-500 for instance).

Wilder's RSI is a totally different animal.
