how do I import watchlist symbols into Tele2005 ? I have een trying to import the ibd 100 lists as my watchlist but am not able to do so. pls help.

If you have a list of tickers saved as a text file then follow this procedure:
Click the NEW button
Choose NEW WATCHLIST
Name your WatchList and choose IMPORT FROM LIST
Point it to where you saved your TXT file and follow the prompts.

Unfortunately using a IBD text file is not practical. You would have to spend hours parsing out just the symbols from a very long file.
On the other hand it takes only a few seconds to delete all of the data except the highest EPS (or whatever)symbols from Excel.
Is there anyway to import an Excel file into TC 2005?
If not this would be a valuable addition in the next upgrade.

TeleChart will extract the tickers for you. Try the text file, the import is designed to find and extract valid tickers.
